Operator rating report not generating #56

Which platform is affected by this bug/issue?: Operator Dashboard

What is the issue you experienced?: When trying to pull a driver rating report there is no information displayed

What was the expected behavior?: We are able to pull a driver rating report with information displaying. Information such as : driver name, date, comment, trip ID

If the bug/issue is experienced on mobile app, which mobile platform is it?: Andriod App

Please provide device type: Desktop

Please provide device make and model: HP Laptop

Please provide OS name and OS version: Windows 11
