@Thokozani Mhlongo regarding the cost per department/site, in this case, a client might have several departments within their company and they want to know what the transport costs are for each department for the month. They might also have multiple sites and need to know the cost for each site as they might be all mixed together.
Due to this, it would be great if we can tag a passenger with a certain department or site name, which means the cost of their transport for the day / week / month will contribute towards the total for that site / department.
User story: As a client, I want to receive the reports / metrics from Lula Requirements: Ability for client to access the same reports / metrics as follows. Client should be able to define time period and pull these reports within these. Number of trips Number of riders Average number of riders per trip Average occupancy per trip Cost per trip Cost per person Number of rides per person Cost per department / site (ability to tag riders to these) Total cost per day / week / month Rider booked vs boarded report Number of trips & cost per vehicle distance bracket Issue reports (if notes of issues can be captured against trips)
