Change the order of the dropdown to alphabetical

We want you to change the order of the driver assign dropdown to alphabetical order. This is on the trips page > https://operator.lulaloop.co.za/trips

Additionally, it would be great if the dropdown could have two sections. [1] show drivers (in alphabetical order) that match the capacity of booking in the trip. [2] show drivers (in alphabetical order) that are available to be assign to the trip irrespective of the vehicle capacity.
