A Loop is equal to : Point A ➝ Point Z
But if a Loop becomes: Point A or Point B ➝ Point Z then i think it complicates things and I can't really think of the benefits of having that in place.
If a commuter wants to use a different Business Address, they could simply make a booking using a different Loop.
I kind of need more clarity on this task.
Use Case Name UC001:Multiple work addresses for one business unit. Primary Actor (s): Commuter dashboard/app Organisation dashboard Description Commuters' work address is not fixed and can be assigned to multiple locations within a week. they move between each on any day: This a completely new use case never experienced within LULA. Commuters will need to be able to stipulate which work address is applicable for the booking they are making to ensure they are picked up from the correct location Additional context: This is an isolated case for this business, we need to find whether other business units operate in this manner as well.
Pre-Conditions The commuter will be booking a loop trip on either their commuter app or dashboard. The Organisation admin will be booking on the commuters’ behalf.
Post Conditions The commuter will have the applicable work location based on their booking and work schedule roster The commuter will be picked up at the applicable location and dropped off at their home address This will apply to commuters being picked up at home as well. Normal Course of Events Duplicate the existing loop for the additional office location change the work address at the loop level and add all commuters to the duplicate loop. This is a manual solution/workaround. Exceptions There are none Business Rules BR1.1.1: Create the ability for a user to select a present work address at the point of making a booking on a loop schedule. BR.1.1.2:The organisation admin should be able to add multiple work addresses/locations to an organisation setting page, this will be the locations the user can select from at the time of making the booking.
