Problem statement: When a trip is completed manually before the start time the status remains accepted

See video, which illustrates the trip status on edit charter page vs trips page, edit trips page and charter page.

Acceptance criteria: When a trip is completed, after refresh the trips page in Command Centre, the trip status should be completed and the trip should move to Past trips. Currently it take a while before the status is change in Command Centre.
