Charter FDH_HDH hourly rate

Some day in the future when we are price givers not takers, we want to display an hourly rate for full-day and half-day charter hires. This will help in making the process as close to 100% automation as possible.

The calculation should be: Total Amount Invoiced = # of hours selected x hourly rate + (extras selected)

Sales are testing the approved pricing in the market. Whether this works on the client and driver side. Update end of September once the test is completed.
