Use Story: As LULA, we need to ensure the costs the client incurs is equal to what was agreed on the contract for managed services.

Requirements: Assurance that we can bill clients according to the same rates as outlined in our contract Once implemented, need to ensure what we were billing the client weekly/monthly is aligned with what we will bill weekly/monthly via the Lula platform Here is an example of the standard rate card used for all clients (excluding shuttles) Ability to assign a fixed daily rate to other contracts (Shuttles) Ability to have a different rate card for different clients (rates are contract specific) Ability to manually change rates in certain circumstances, after the trip have concluded (eg, reduce rate by 50% on a certain trip because driver was late)
