What problem is this feature or improvement solving?:
Under the "trips" page, it appears like upcoming charter requests that were submitted from the commuter app do not display until they are accepted which may lead to oversights. Only charter requests submitted from an organisation dashboard display under the "trips" page automatically.
Please describe the feature you want and how you see it working.:
Under the "trips" page, all upcoming charters should display regardless of whether they have been submitted on the commuter app or org dashboard, and regardless of whether they are accepted or not.

Must have, High Financial risk and customer impact.
What positive impact will having this feature have to LULA and our users?:
This feature will avoid having to go back and forth between the trips page and charters page to see what are the upcoming charters that may have been submitted from the commuter app. It will subsequently not only save time but also help avoid oversights.
