What problem is this feature or improvement solving?: The current client invoicing report gives us a manual workaround to know the commuters whom we are billing the client for that specific trip as well as the scheduled time and driver& vehicle assigned. We are manually capturing the trip using the command center and pasting it into an excel spreadsheet which takes a considerable amount of time each day at least 1h30 for data capturing. This manual process had a huge delay in clients paying their invoices as a result of the error in manual data capturing of humans into a spreadsheet.

Please describe the feature you want and how you see it working.: On the available Client Invoicing report, i would like my pull a report and directling send it to my client with no extra manual work around the followings: Client name,Date including the month; Trip ID, Service type, Pricing policy,Region, number of commuters,km's, invoice values ( which is already visible n the current report). In addition, i would like the report to show the Driver, Vehicle type assigned to that trip as well as the schedule time & type & commuter names booked on that specific schedule date and time.

Please rate the urgency of this feature request/improvement:: Must have, High Financial risk and customer impact.

What positive impact will having this feature have to LULA and our users?: This would assist the operations team to better manage and save time and also to avoid human financial error. There will be no more data capturing and will have accurate billing information submitted to the client.
