What problem is this feature or improvement solving?:
Currently on the operator dashboard, operators that are using larger vehicles (quantum etc) must manually merge/create trips individually which becomes a signficant blocker and manual task when the operator has to assign hundreds of trips.
Please describe the feature you want and how you see it working.:
On the operator dashboard, under loops or settings, an operator should be able to select a lager capacity for the entire dashboard (under settings) or a specific loop (under loops) that will then remain the set capacity for all trips going forward.

What positive impact will having this feature have to LULA and our users?:
This feature will significantly save time on the operator's side when it comes to assigning a large number of trips that require larger vehicles / capacity.
