@Larissa Marlene Mawonde This is a request that can be selected as an option for Full-day/Half-day hire, we will first need to build this functionality into the system and include all use cases. We need to also have the standard extras we offer and the pricing for them.
This is not declined however will be considered at the time we create a full-day/Half-day hire.

What problem is this feature or improvement solving?: This feature will avoid sending manual emails for additional costs involved when any extra is required by the client such as a Baby car seat or trailer. It will also be effective to see the change of rate being automatic as soon as the extra item such as baby car seta or trailer is selected by the commuter or administrator when requesting a charter.
Please describe the feature you want and how you see it working.: This feature requested was that they would like underpayment on their dashboard to see that whenever an extra is being requested at additional costs like a trailer or baby car seat, the extra charge is included on the rate they see when they choose the vehicle type. This will prevent them from receiving additional costs via email which is the current process and help them to pay only the rate that is displayed on the system
Please rate the urgency of this feature request/improvement:: Should have, for effective use of the platform.
What positive impact will having this feature have to LULA and our users?: All our clients will be able to see the amended rate when they select the vehicle type without contacting the Ops Team when extra costs are involved.
