What problem is this feature or improvement solving?:
Currently, commuters who are not actively using the commuter app are not able to rate their experience with LULA. Eg. Any commuters whose org admin makes bookings for etc
Please describe the feature you want and how you see it working.:
On the sms generated to the commuter's cellphone number when a driver starts a trips, the commuter should be able to click on a link that allows them to rate their experience / trip. The rating should come through with the exact trip details.

What positive impact will having this feature have to LULA and our users?:
This feature will provide more feedback regarding the quality of LULA's service and therefore allow us to either correct or improve our users' experience.
