Please describe the feature you want and how you see it working.: The name of the user will be added to the email copy after "Hey"

Please rate the urgency of this feature request/improvement:: Nice to have: Can do without it for now,but considered in future.

What positive impact will having this feature have to LULA and our users?: Improve user experience
