@Mushra Hartley Has it been decided that Call is the preferred method of communication for charter trips? Currently, how are these commuters with Charter issues contacting Support? How does Kommunicate fit into this equation? I understand in an urgent instance a call resolution helps resolve the issue, however, currently what are the pain points happening in this instance?

Which platform is this for?: Mobile App: Commuter
What problem is this feature or improvement solving?: Users currently only have one way to contact our support team through the chatbot. Operations would like commuters to be able to contact our LULA support number in case they need a quicker or more accurate response.
Please describe the feature you want and how you see it working.: When a Charter is assigned or started, the sms generated should mention the LULA support number. Eg : " LULA :) Hi Arsene Mwenze, a driver has been assigned to your Charter request. We will notify you once the driver is on his way. Should you need any assistance, please reach out to our support team via our chatbot or WhatsApp at (061) 442-0501. "
Please rate the urgency of this feature request/improvement:: Should have, for effective use of the platform.
What positive impact will having this feature have to LULA and our users?: This feature will allow commuters to be able to contact the LULA support number directly in case they need a quicker response.
