Which platform is this for?: Command Centre

What problem is this feature or improvement solving?: This problem will solve the issue of drivers not using their apps wgile on LULA trips.

Please describe the feature you want and how you see it working.: It can be part of the reports on CC. We would like to know when drivers start trips, onboard commuters, offboard commuters and end trips. We would like it in a report form as we can discipline our drivers and create the LULA culture with excellent drivers on our platform

Please rate the urgency of this feature request/improvement:: Should have, for effective use of the platform.

What positive impact will having this feature have to LULA and our users?: This will inform Ops team when drivers use their driver apps or not.

Feature Requested by:: Lisa Keet

@Lisa Keet I see your problem here, however, this might not be the solution(as simply).

Please book 30 minutes or create a mock report(excel) of how you see this looking. @Arsene Mwenze Please fascilatate this session.

Suggestion: Create rules for when a driver needs to be flagged and defined these rules. Did not on-board all commuters on a trip Did not off-board a commuter Did not start a trip Did not complete a trip I would also like to know what happens in each instance before we accept this feature. We need to make sure if we build this it will be impactful.

@lisa User Notification

Hello! You're receiving this notice because you've tagged me, @lisa, on GitHub, likely in error. Lisa is a common first name, and happens to be mine. I use the @lisa username here on GitHub. While being tagged in various repositories is an interesting way for me to discover new projects, it's likely not your intention. Did you mean to tag someone else? Did you mean to use @lisa instead, in a word as word usage?

Next Steps

I'm unsubscribing from this issue, pull request or project so if you meant to tag someone else to notify them, I would recommend that. If you meant to use my user ID as a plain string, without having GitHub notify me, you can do so by wrapping with backticks (the ` character), like so: @lisa.
