Client notification and avoid manual process of sending email to client after account is disabled.

I would like the system to be able to send email notification whenever a client is being offboarded from the organization dashboard. Client will be made aware that he/she wil no longer be able to use or have access has the account has been disabled. This notification should be sent to client immediately when Ops is disabling an account on command centre.
Please rate the urgency of this feature request/improvement::
Should have, for effective use of the platform.
What positive impact will having this feature have to LULA and our users?:
The client will get notification that the account has been disable with a reason. This will also save Operation team time .
