What problem is this feature or improvement solving?: When it comes to airport charters, If a driver does not know the commuter's flight number, the driver has no way to know when the flight is delayed or cancelled. Especially when it comes to international flights.

Please describe the feature you want and how you see it working.: On commuter app, when a commuter requests a charter, there should a free text field named "Flight number" that would allow the commuter to type his/her flight number. Which would then display on the command center or driver app.

Please rate the urgency of this feature request/improvement:: Should have, for effective use of the platform.

What positive impact will having this feature have to LULA and our users?: The feature will eliminate the frustration that drivers have expressed when driving "blind" to do an airport pick up, not knowing if the flight has actually landed.

Is there any updates or feedback on this feature requests ?

As operations is receiving more and more airport charter requests, it's becoming more of an issue that drivers don't have visibility of flight numbers since they're unable to actually track those flights (landings, delays, cancellations, etc)
