Report Feature: Tracking driver punctuality #53

Which platform is this for?: Command Centre

What problem is this feature or improvement solving?: We would like to monitor driver behaviour and see exactly how many trips are late and how many are on time on a monthly or weekly basis. We would like to be able to pull a report for this.

Please describe the feature you want and how you see it working.: We would like to have an accurate report detailing the number of loop trips that arrived on time for single pick ups (office drop offs) and multi pick ups (were drivers on time for their office pick ups) and the number of trips that were late. I would also like to log a reporting feature for charters the number of charter trips that were on time and were late.

Please rate the urgency of this feature request/improvement:: Could have: Likely to improve the platform in theory.

What positive impact will having this feature have to LULA and our users?: This falls as part of ops mandate of being reliable and having advanced reporting.

@Odwa Sonti I have scheduled a 30min meeting to unpack this feature. Please be ready to discuss the following questions: How will this report be used, what happens to the drivers who are not on time? Is there a disciplinary process in place for this or can this be figured out before we start creating this report? Fields required in the report, list these. Filters are required based on the existing report structure. The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday 26th April 2023.
