Disabling a driver

What problem is this feature or improvement solving?: When a driver is being disabled on Comand Center, all trips pre-assigned to that driver will still be assigned to them.

Please describe the feature you want and how you see it working.: When a driver is being disabled/removed from the system, all trips pre-assigned to them should go back to being unassigned. Or when a user is about to remove a driver, there should be a pop-up that warns the user about trips pre-assigned to the driver.

Please rate the urgency of this feature request/improvement:: Could have: Likely to improve the platform in theory.

What positive impact will having this feature have to LULA and our users?: It promotes proactivity to the users, because they get to know the consequence of removing a particular driver before doing so.

Hi @Lutho Pama Thank you for logging this feature improvement. I will schedule this with the team. I have one question: When the driver is disabled, what is the desired result you would like for trips assigned to that driver, The trip becomes unassigned, or require re-assignment before disabled. How do you want operations to be notified of these trips? eg a pop at the point of unassigning, where the driver cannot be disabled until trips are re-assigned or notification via email? @Arsene Mwenze Please weigh in here. We can have a short session to unpack this.
