What problem is this feature or improvement solving?: The problem is we need to solicity permission to send marketing comms to our users.

Please describe the feature you want and how you see it working.: A pop up that says: I agree to receive marketing communication on Email, Phone & SMS.

Please rate the urgency of this feature request/improvement:: Must have, High Financial risk and customer impact.

What positive impact will having this feature have to LULA and our users?: It will allow LULA to be legally compliant when engaging with our new and existing users.
