What problem is this feature or improvement solving?: Use Case

As an Admin user on Command Centre, I would like a report that shows me the total number of skipped passengers over the selected period. The reason for this request is that there have been instances where the driver gets to the commuter and has to skip them because they are either taking too long or no longer coming out. This doesn't count as a cancellation since in some instances they will not cancel on the app, however the client does not have a view of all these commuters who are being skipped and the driver has gone there however did not do the pick up.

Please rate the urgency of this feature request/improvement:: Should have, for effective use of the platform.

What positive impact will having this feature have to LULA and our users?: Sight on skipped passengers so we can investigate why this occurred to reduce or avoid in future if caused by specific issues.

@Arsene Mwenze Would this report be able on the Organisation dashboard as well. What will the actions be based on the data this reports generates. This is to measure the impact building this report will have.
