Total Multi pick up trips started on time (5 minutes before schedule)

On the command canter, the operations team would like to have a report on Multi pick up trips completed on time.

Use Case

As an Admin user on Command Centre, I would like a report that shows me the total number of Multi pick up trips that were completed across all organisations over a selected period so that we can report to investors. A Multi pick up trip completed on time refers to when the driver arrives at the pick up location before or right on the schedule . Therefore, on the trip logs, the first passenger would have been on boarded on the vehcile before or right on the schedule time.

Filters:

Report Type: Total Multi pick up trips started on time (5 minutes before schedule)  Report Options : On time (before schedule) / Late (after schedule) Select client: List all organisations from the Dashboard /All Timeframe : "From" date "To" date

Hey @Nate Noels I don't understand this report and the need for it. I do understand the need to get a report or having the ability to check if commuters are getting picked up on time but I think what confuses me is; a trip start 5 mins before schedule - why would be want to report on this? completed on time this is difficult to tell as there is no set time for drop off at home Please elaborate
