@Nate Noels quick one, should we be looking at the time the driver ended the trip? Because for single pickup there's no off-boarding code i.e. when commuters are going to work we don't use an off-boarding code.
Lastly, for clarification, investor don't not require a report of how many trips arrived on time. This is usually for our clients/customers because it talks to the efficiency of the service and becomes a selling point.
For investors, on monthly basis, we report on the following amongst other things: Total Revenue for the month No of rides per service i.e. B2B (staff transport), B2C (charter and day hires), SaaS trips and Deliveries Active business/clients Active drivers CO2 emissions Active Loops/Routes
N.B. - Part of the detailed reporting project
On the command canter, the operations team would like to have a report on Single pick up trips completed on time.
Use Case
As an Admin user on Command Centre, I would like a report that shows me the total number of Single pick up trips that were completed across all organisations over a selected period so that we can report to investors. A Single pick up trip completed on time refers to when the driver arrives at the final drop off (work / office) before the schedule time. Therefore, on the trip logs, the last passenger would have been off loaded before or right on the schedule time.
Filters:
Report Type: Total single pick up trips completed on time Report Options : On time (before schedule) / Late (after schedule) Select client: List all organisations from the Dashboard /All Timeframe: "From" date "To" date
Excel Sheet columns
Date Client name Loop name Schedule Driver assigned Completed time
