What problem is this feature or improvement solving?: The issue is that Drivers and Commuters have to go into dangerous areas where they are often robbed, hijacked, held at gun/knifepoint or attacked.

Please describe the feature you want and how you see it working.: The panic button will alert LULA of the person's last location and alert LULA to contact this person immediately

Please rate the urgency of this feature request/improvement:: Must have, High Financial risk and customer impact.

What positive impact will having this feature have to LULA and our users?: It will allow LULA, specifically ops, to react quicker and intervene in these situations, which are becoming more frequent as we are nearing the festive season

Hi product team, Over the past month and a half, there has been a significant increase of hijackings which is making the need for this feature request bigger. Ops would like for the request to move higher in priority.
