What problem is this feature or improvement solving?:
On CC, after linking an organization to an operator, users have to also individually link every single loop from that organisation at a loop level. Considering the amount of loops that each organization have, this process not only leaves room for error (as trips have been missed in the past because of this manual work) but it is also time consuming.
Please describe the feature you want and how you see it working.:
On CC, after linking an organisation to an operator, that same operator should be automatically linked (at a loop level) to every loop that organisation has, as a default operator.

Must have, High Financial risk and customer impact.
What positive impact will having this feature have to LULA and our users?:
This improvement will not only reduce the amount of time and resources used to link loops individually. But it will also eliminate potential errors.
