Is gulp required ? #2

When i type: npm install, i get this error: Local gulp not found in ~/Local Sites/

NB: I get this when i generate a theme using https://them.es/starter-fse/

Oops. Thanks for the heads-up. Gulp is not required and package.json in the Theme Generator has been updated with the one from this repo: https://github.com/them-es/themes-starter-fse/blob/main/package.json#L13
