Added EC76-U15 Camera config Added EC76-U15 default uenv variables Added a t21n_jxf23_rtl8188ftv module Switched T21 config to use JZ_MAC_V13 instead of JZ_MAC_V12 as per the T21 SDK

May have more tweaks in future but this is in a very usable state at the moment
