add the option to skip answering yes for board selection

@CazYokoyama you can run any make option with BOARD=<profilename>. This will skip the profile selection menu.

example:

BOARD=wyze_c3_t31x_rtl make fast BOARD=wyze_c3_t31x_rtl make rebuild-prudynt-t
