Hyperlink for AddPerson seems to link to itself #12

This would be fine but at other places eg- Features hyperlink links back to the table of contents. This can be standardised to improve user experience.

Could not recreate bug. It works as intended, when pressed it brings user to 3.1.

Reason for disagreement: Yes, it does being it back to 3.1 but for other hyperlinks, it brings it back to the Table of contents. Having some standardisation here can improve user experience as they might not be able to figure this out intuitively.
