Adding hyperlinks to find more information about each command can improve user experience:

Thanks for the feedback. We may consider adding this feature in a future update! However this was not added, as we decided to put our efforts into other features!

As it stands, users can navigate to the table of contents by clicking the hyperlink in the header "4. Commands Quick Reference" to instantly return to the table of contents, allowing them to click the command they wish to view from there. We did not feel that reducing the number of clicks to find a command by one warranted adding links to the table in this iteration and decided to leave it as is.
