New style sheets not monitored by gulp dev #6

Create new .styl file and it will not update the page until you recall gulp dev

Could not reproduce. May already be fixed.

Only occurs in lib directories that don't currently have any .styl files in them yet

This appears to be an issue in gaze. I created an issue here: https://github.com/shama/gaze/issues/70

This issue may also be related: https://github.com/wearefractal/glob-watcher/issues/4

When these are resolved, we can update and fix it.
