optimize css for safari and firefox #18

@graysonwright If you have any readings about this that you've found helpful let me know, but Im sure Ill find lots of good resources!

What do you mean by "optimize"?

Generally things should work in Safari/Firefox, but it's good to open up the site in each browser and check if there are any obvious differences. Have you found any specific things that need to be fixed?

@graysonwright I believe safari cuts off the footer links, but I'll have to check
