WHAT: Convert all search boxes to popup ups. The only thing that I want on the many panel is patient data.

WHY: See WHAT

HOW: Change the panels to frames and access these frames when a button or menu option is clicked. Data needs to be returned from the frame when it is closed so data can be processed. Clear all data before or after closing.

Admin stuff will have a separate panel.
