What? - Add vertical and horizontal scrolling.
Why? - For this version, I'm leaving Absolute Positioning (see #6) So scrolling is needed if the user re-size a window.
Why this is bad? - Vertical scrolling is all fine but horizontal scrolling is a pain to the user. I should make people lives easier not make the application tedious to use. If this software goes commercial at some point (*smirk) we don't want to do this and we want to use a real layout. For now lets add the stupid scrollbars to the necessary panel.
