What? - Create a separate panel to handle admin actions
Why? - I want administration to be separate from the application. I don't want it to interfere with medical duties
How? - Create a new Panel, remove admin options from the main panel and copy it to the new panel. These action are new employee, update employee, view server activity (remember all users can view their own activity.) Decide later if we want to add create tables to this panel.
