Buttons and options are always active #71

We want to disable buttons and menu items under certain conditions.

  1. Login, and Exit should be the only options available if the user has not logged in to the system.
  2. After Login, Admin buttons should be deactivated for non admin users.
  3. Login button and menu option should be disabled. after loging in, and reactivate when logged out.
  4. All operation buttons should be disabled if a user has been deactivate.
  5. Print PDF should only be available if the user has a record open.
