What? Create a new database that consists of only basic information and employee data.
How? Create new functionality that allows the user to create tables and panels via new table.
Why? It's very difficult to maintain and add new features if we are modifying multiple forms and other stuff. It's easier to just let the customer create any tables and panels they need.
This sounds hard, but if the redesign custom field issue is done properly (#33), then we won't need to redesign and maintain multiple panels. This will drastically reduce the amount of code and allows the dev to remove uneeded listeners for each panel.
Because Redesign custom tables has become a huge undertaking, this will not go in V2.0
