admin widget for states array field choice #9

The states field is an array field that has choices (state abbreviations), but the widget being displayed is a regular charfield. Should be something that suggests/autocompletes the valid choices.

Not implemented, but in the meantime some admin customizations to increase the field size landed in 80d4da24ab6b10822b0b8eeb102a0b7831951dc5
