The forum thread says v4.11 is compatible with KSP 1.12, but the version file says otherwise.
This commit changes the KSP_VERSION_MAX to 1.12.9.
This will also trigger a metadata update on CKAN once the PR is merged so CKAN shows the mod as compatible with KSP 1.12. Also (Mini-)AVC stops complaining for those that have it installed.
