Description

There are couple changes to Billboard contracts for whitelisted auction:

Auctions continuity
~Add Billboard content preparation period after winning~
Access control of bidding and minting (per token)
Pre-setup Billboard content and redirect URL during bidding and preparation
Multiple bids per address
Claim non-winning bids
