看 README 啊在 config.yml 里的 footer/ICP 配置

footer:
    since: 20xx
    ICP:
        enable: true
        code: # ICP code

不是这个意思，可能描述的不是很清楚。主题footer的icp填写之后，跳转的不是我需要的页面（使用moeICP挂个名，不是工信部）。
