not working with the latest nightly (which is newer than the PRO-B9 Beta).
besides, the per-game settings do not work; use popsdeco's mod instead

hey men! i don't know what you're talking about, this is PRO page:
http://code.google.com/p/procfw/
And the newer nightly there is PRO-B9 BETA, anything thats not from the page
i've showed you must be fake i think.
Besides, if you read the entire post i made i fixed the problem, per-game
settings work perfect, got FFVIII in original from flash setting, and my
Parasite Eve in 6.20.
If you want a video to show you just tell me i can upload something to youtube.
Also lots of improvments in this Pops V2. Read the entire post you'll see.
If you are having any trouble at all i think is because you don't have the
newest (and original) PRO-B9 BETA, download the one corresponding in the page i
put up there (i use 6.39), then, (if you have your pops already compiled) just
download the V2 pops, replace ALL files from V1 and you set! thats what i did.
Everything working FLAWLESSLY! this beta is more stable than B8, fusa used to
kick my psp ass very often, no problem with this one.
Be here if you need anything! also, if you want proof just tell me.
Good luck!

Hey man! i've try it out the v3c version of your pops, but i can't load
Parasite eve, loads FFVIII ok, just like V2 but parasite eve, resident evil and
chrono cross won't load, still don't know why you made this versions. Went back
to V2, everything worked just like before: flawlessly, i thought you were a
developer in this proyect but i've checked and nope, thats why I tryed out this
v3c thinking was new.
Read my entire post you'll see i've fixed the problem by having PRO-B9 BETA
from the project site and replacing the V1 with V2.
No need for v3c or v4a, V2 OFFICIAL working flawlessly in 6.39PRO-B9 BETA in my
PSPgo 4g/5g
See ya!

Dude... The latest nightly is dated 24th of July, whereas the PRO-B9 Beta is
dated 22 July (http://code.google.com/p/procfw/source/list). I know my sources,
and I'm pretty damn sure the nightly I'm using is as legit as the PRO-B9 Beta.
On the other hand, I have never had any issues with the games you mentioned,
even with new popsloader v1 or even no popsloader at all with my 6.20 PRO.
There might be some other factor why yours is working/not working, such as the
fact that you are using PSP Go.

(hated the fact that there's no edit button)
OK, for the sake of due diligence and clarify my points, I took your advice and
downgraded to PRO-B9 Beta. I am using PSP-3006 03g Model with 6.20 PRO-B9 Beta
and v2 new popsloader. I did the test with the only 2 PSX EBOOT I currently
have in my PSP (Chrono Cross and Musashi).
Result:
- Brave Fencer Musashi refused to load with 3.40 pops (I used my self-made
EBOOT from original PSX ISO); black screen
- Chrono Cross loaded well with 3.71, 6.20, 6.39 pops
Musashi loaded fine with v1 and popsdeco v3c mod.
There is something to do with the PSP model that you used. There is an
experimental part of the code that exist in v2 to identify PSP model on load.
So, the fact that you are using PSP Go might really be the reason why v2 is
running well.
You can check the discussion on wololo/talk forum on popsloader v2; a lot of
other people are experiencing the same issues with v2.

Hey men! then it all resumes to this, why you are using OFW 6.20? I'm using OFW
6.39, so take note on that man, but just to be sure i'm gonna try musashi this
weekend (busy with school), just tell me wich software you use to make eboots,
don't laugh, but i use the very old one from dark alex XD i like my psone
eboots with video in the icon, and music :P
Tell me wich converter you use. Then i'll try musashi, not only that, i also
have a PSP1001 wich my girlfriend uses, and i haven't had the time to update
its old 5.00m33 to this, but hey! i will do this then, update the PSP to OFW
6.39, load PRO-B9 BETA with ipl in this case, put the same POPs in my Go, and
check it out. PROMISE
So i'll say, try 6.39, i'm only on 6.39 becuse i use PSN a lot, and love to
play RESISTANCE RETRIBUTION online.
Then again, mabe, pro and its pops were made firstly for 6.39, i mean, it
logical because is the lastest firmware and allows you to use PSN, play online,
etc. without anything extra, and take note, i don't even use any plugin for
GAME or anything just POPS.
See man! i'll be in touch

I picked 6.20 because of its permanent patch for PSP-3k, and it is by far the
most stable of all builds (6.20 was the only one unaffected by the
early-release bugs in B7 and B8). 6.20 is also able to go into PSN, and it has
larger themes collection (although most of them are being converted to 6.39 as
I write this). Anyway, this is off-topic.
I converted my Musashi with PSX2PSP v1.4.2. It worked on my v1 and the modded
v3c and v4 on my PSP. Also, if you take some time to read the wololo thread on
popsloader v2, you can see even neur0n supported v3c by releasing pops bridge
for ME CFW.

PSP bridge is the plugin that neur0n wrote to enable popsloader to be used with
ME CFW.

thx for following. Yes pops_bridge just patches popsloader prx to make it work
on ME.
popsloader v4a beta has pops_bridge inside, but it is sometimes unstable. So it
seems PSP-1000 users should use v3c+pops_bridge combo instead.
