Main navigation will be in side panel only, for that Squarespace-inspired side panel menu like in Denali.
Use modified comment form design like in Gnar/Denali, when on full-width sidebar layout.
Disable framework sticky menu, and have base header remain fixed. Will use sticky header option determine if it's fixed or not.
Default sidebar layout will be full-width.
Enable popout images (#180).
Remove framework header text option.
Re-arange options to make it clear social icons are within side panel.

When we copy over Typography options, remember to add Small Headers font (which aren't present in other bases). And then make some of the headers on single posts and archives smaller, like in Gnar.
