No WPML language switcher on mobile #275

No WPML language switcher on mobile. Is this only on Agent base?

Also, it's weird because it shows on Denali (which Agent base was derived from) but looks messed up. What is Denali doing to add it?

We should come up with a framework standard way of sending it to the mobile panel. Maybe a button that says "Set Language" below main menu and side panel menu.
