If WooCommerce "shop" page has a featured image and its set to display as an "epic thumbnail" then it will get used across all WooCommerce pages.
If that "shop" page has a transparent header, it'll get applied, too.
Add theme option to enable/disable applying the shop featured image across all WooCommerce pages.

Similar to #329.
