"Add Shortcode" button doesn't work with elements in columns #377

Fixed with commit https://github.com/themeblvd/theme-blvd-shortcodes/commit/61eed6d0af7686319615c7c83658076a548479ae to the shortcodes plugin, which will be included in 1.6.7 update.
