Currently, this is a meta box displayed in the classic editor's sidebar. Gutenberg automatically displays this buried under a second section in its sidebar under "Extended Settings". So we need to figure out a better place for these options.
Either we need to figure out how to incorporate the options into Gutenber's sidebar. Or, this meta box will need to get moved below the editor with our other ones.
