Notifications not working #348

[x] Upgrade to latest version of amplify
[x] Upgrade to latest version of expo
[x] Associated fixes with new Expo version
[x] Transition to build with new EAS (Expo build system)
[ ] Transition to deploy with new EAS (Expo deploy system)
[x] Re-run amplify notifications update
[x] Ensure keys are correct for amplify
[x] Ensure apps are using correct config for notifications
[ ] Verify Pinpoint can identify users on iOS
[ ] Verify Pinpoint can identify users on Android
[ ] Verify Notification can be seen by iOS
[ ] Verify Notification can be seen by Android

The current build process is about 2-3 hours, and then there is about a 1 hour approval process for iOS/Android before it shows up on device....that's essentially what is taking so long in testing this and getting it working...it can't be tested in DEV unfortunately...
