I didn't include this in the permission ticket because I think it may need a bit more discussion and context, but I would like to also give Location members access to editing the web page for their own location, if possible. Here is how I think we can accomplish this:
[ ] Add two fields to the metadata portion of webpages
"Is this is a location page?" with "yes" or "no" checkboxes
If user checks "yes", provide a dropdown to select a location from the team list
When a user is given "Web Editor", use their team assignment to match to the webpage that they are allowed to edit.
They cannot create or delete pages, only edit their own location page
When a new location is created in the Location Manager, automatically add that location to the team list
Show "Web Editor" as a sub-menu item of "Website Management"
