How do admins edit the following #1237

Locations in the locations dropdown menu
Locations in the find a home church menu
Locations in the app options

They are all managed from the locations manager admin page. There was an issue with the home church locations page on the website that was populating with old data(from json) but has been fixed as of #1233. Publish will go out sometime today
